The Schülis gegen Rechts are calling to action: AfD ban now!

It's been clear to us for a long time - the AfD is definitely right-wing extremist. Now this has been confirmed by The German domestic intelligence services. On a thousand pages, the Office for the Protection of the Constitution explains why they consider the AfD to be right-wing extremist. In our opinion, this assessment comes far too late, but it is a step in the right direction.

But this assessment alone is not enough for us. Fascists are still sitting in local councils, state parliaments, town halls and the Bundestag. You don't fight the right by pointing at them and saying they are right-wing, but by smashing their structures in the long term!

The report on The German domestic intelligence services has just reignited the debate about banning this fascist party. This opportunity must be seized. We must be loud and speak out clearly in favor of a ban so that it becomes clear that civil society has no desire to have right-wing extremists in our parliaments.

For this reason, we are calling on the Bundesrat, the Bundestag and the federal government to table a motion to ban the AfD. A ban is not the only solution, but it will take away the Nazis' basis for their work.

If we say “Never again is now”, we should also ensure that secured right-wing extremists can no longer stand for election!
